Objective – We buy and sell every day, to everybody, even if we are not a sales person (although we do not know it). Learn how to negotiate more effectively, that is, having better, more appropriate outcomes, and more efficiently, that is, using a simpler, easier, more comfortable process. Achieve what is usually called “win-win” situations more often.
Program – 1 day, from 8AM to 5PM, with lunch break, a morning break and an afternoon break.
