Learn to reduce waste, reduce costs, reduce technical errors, speed time-to-value of IT. Create an agile organization able to respond faster and more aligned to customer needs. By applying lean concepts to IT, an organization is able to review the IT operations, processes, risks, how the organization is aligned to deliver IT value, costs, productivity and metrics and create a structured continuous improvement program.
