Jorge is currently a Data Scientist and Business Analytics Consultant at SERVCOOP LLC, a management consultancy and analytics firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He develops projects for organizations in Data Visualization, Descriptive, Prescriptive and Predictive Analytics, and professional training courses.

He has 14 years of consultancy, professional training and teaching experience. In the USA Jorge has worked as Data Scientist for KEMET Electronics Corporation and Adjunct Professor at Atlantis University for the STEM Concentration in Data Analytics.

In Trinidad and Tobago Jorge has developed professional courses in Analytics for The Arthur Lok Jack School of Business, from West Indies University.

In Mexico Jorge has worked for organizations and institutions such as Unilever, Daimler Benz, Colgate Palmolive, Coliman Group, Universidad Panamericana (IPADE), The Monterrey Institute of Technology and Superior Studies (ITESM), and the Mexican Petroleum Institute. He holds an MSc in Management Science and Operational Research from Warwick University, UK, and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and Management from ITESM in Mexico. 

Jorge has developed projects for major companies in Marketing, Talent and Sports Analytics with tools such as R, and data visualization with MS POWER BI and DAX for data driven decision making. He has developed applications in MS Excel and VBA for operative, economic and financial analysis. Jorge has also developed and lectured courses (Undergraduate and Graduate level) and professional training courses in Decision Aiding Systems, Stochastic Modeling, Linear Programming, Simulation, Data Analysis, Operations Management, Predictive Analytics for oil and gas prices, Risk hedging for the oil and gas industry with Monte Carlo Simulation, and Prescriptive Analytics for organizations from diverse industry sectors.
